Words and music for a day of celebration dedicated to young people! On Sunday 11th June in Alba we listened to the experiences of the young people from the Giovani in contatto call, we dreamed with Gek Tessaro, we got involved with the young people from Teatro Selvatico, we danced with the DJ set of TUTTAFUFFA and we got excited with the songs of Eugenio in Via Di Gioia. Thanks to Collisioni Festival and to all the people who collaborated with us to create a unique event!

How much waste can be collected in a day? Over 20 thousand participants in 200 municipalities have collected over 31 tons of abandoned waste in just one day. Thanks to all the people who, this year too, took to the streets and squares with us on the occasion of the international environment day!

The National Meeting “Economics meets students” concludes the 2022-23 edition of the “Understanding the Stock Exchange” project, transforming Cuneo into the capital of economic and financial education for three days! The meeting in Cuneo involved 60 students from all over Italy who participated in a rich calendar of events: from the lectio magistrale with Oscar Farinetti to the activities at the Rondò dei Talenti, to the round table with the participation of Francesco Profumo, President of Acri, Fabrizio Testa, CEO of Borsa Italiana, and Stefano Suraniti, General Director of the Regional School Office for Piedmont. In parallel, we organized moments of entertainment and discovery of the territory, such as the “Magnificat” tour at the Sanctuary of Vicoforte, the flight on the tethered hot air balloon and the visit to our Gustava Vineyard at the foot of the Grinzane Cavour Castle.
Thanks to all the people who made these three days truly special!

In 2022, the CRC Foundation celebrated 30 years of activity together with the community with a calendar of events in the province of Cuneo. On Saturday 21 January 2023, we concluded the celebrations on the slopes of Prato Nevoso with a torchlight ski parade and a final show with hot air balloons from the Aeroclub Mongolfiere di Mondovì. A day to remember!

From Venice to Cuneo. Five masterpieces by Renaissance masters Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese in the Monumental Complex of San Francesco!

On our thirty-first birthday, the “A cielo aperto” project comes to an end, with which we brought 4 contemporary works of art to 4 symbolic places in the province of Cuneo. Today in Pollenzo, in the presence of the artist Otobong Nkanga, at the Castello di Rivoli Museum of Contemporary Art, at the Municipality of Bra and Slow Food Italia we unveiled the work “Of Grounds, Guts and Stones” in the green area of ​​UNISG – University of Gastronomic Sciences. A work to be experienced, a restitution of knowledge that from today belongs to the young people who attend the University and to all the people who will spend time here.

After Grinzane Cavour and Cuneo, the “A cielo aperto” project has landed in Mondovì with the sound work of the Scottish artist Susan Philipsz!
“A Song / A Part” is a two-channel sound installation created for the entrance of the Museo Civico della Stampa. The work is based on two cantos by Maddalena Casulana, the first female composer in history to have an entire book of her music printed and published. The score of the Canto from “Il primo libro de madrigali” by Casulana from 1568 was recently discovered, alone, in the Biblioteca Civica di Cuneo, not far from Mondovì. The sound installation is the third contemporary work of art that we have donated to the area to celebrate our 30 years. The project is realized in collaboration with the Castello di Rivoli Museo d'Arte Contemporanea

In the open air, among the hills of Grinzane Cavour, the work “The presence of absence pavilion” by Olafur Eliasson has arrived! The sculpture, formed by a bronze parallelepiped hollowed out inside, represents the void produced by the melting of a glacier. A work to be experienced and with which visitors can interact, immersed in a unique natural setting.

The sculpture is the first of four contemporary art works from the “A cielo aperto 2022” project created in collaboration with the Castello di Rivoli Museo d’Arte Contemporanea to celebrate our 30 years.

Institutions, families, children together to welcome the work “The Third Paradise of Talents” by Michelangelo Pistoletto. A community project created with over 120 drawings. “The city must come here to venture into the future. This project has both freshness and power because it is an iron monument that is lightened by childhood drawings” – said Michelangelo Pistoletto.

Saturday 15 January 2022 was an important day for us and for the City of Mondovì! Liber, the project we supported with the Interventi Faro call and which will lead to the creation of a cultural hub, opened its doors to the public who were able to discover the new Museo Civico della Stampa! «The Liber project allows us to revive a very important architectural complex in the heart of Mondovì: an intervention that joins many other significant ones, supported in different areas in recent years with the common goal of ensuring momentum and innovation in this territory. Saturday's inauguration also sends an important message, in a complex moment like the one we are experiencing: culture and community can be the beating heart of the restart for all of us» declared our vice president Ezio Raviola. A detailed snapshot of one of the key issues for the province of Cuneo: migrant work in the agricultural sector. This is the focus of Notebook 38, presented on Wednesday 17 March during an online event. The research − coordinated by our Study and Innovation Center and carried out in collaboration with the Fieri and Labor research centers − provides numbers and descriptive analyses of seasonal work in the agricultural sector, delving into the changes that the sector is going through. The second appointment of the series of meetings of MotivAzione took place on Friday, November 13th! Andrea Zorzi, two-time world champion with the Italian national team, held the meeting entitled “Sport, talent and the magical power of defeat”. Together with him we tried to understand how sport can be a training ground to cultivate one's talent but also to learn the value of defeat. The meeting is organized in collaboration with scrittorincittà.

On September 29th we officially opened the doors of the City of Talents, a space where young people can get involved to learn about themselves and explore their talents. In this video we show you how this new space in Cuneo was born!

The first appointment of the series of meetings of MotivAzione with Stefano Bartezzaghi was held on Friday, November 6th. The cultural and mass media universe is undergoing profound semantic and material transformation and the school risks reflecting these radical changes by exposing itself to a flattening of differences, to a standardization of thought, to an inhibition of creativity. The great challenge that the school is subjected to is therefore that of proposing a new educational paradigm capable of escaping from dispersive and leveling models that, precisely through the use of modern technologies, can enhance content and critical thinking to the detriment of the ephemeral and de-responsibilizing options.

#RISUONAITALIA On October 1st, on the occasion of the European Day of Foundations, in 50 cities in Italy groups of young musicians played the Ode to Joy. In Cuneo we opened the doors of our Foundation and celebrated with two concerts organized in collaboration with the Ghedini Cuneo Conservatory and a sound installation by METS – Conservatory of Cuneo. Many guests and a great energy to share the results of four years of intense work. This Saturday we presented the 2016-2020 mandate budget which saw over 93 million disbursements on the territory in support of 1650 subjects; 35 projects and 19 calls promoted on average every year; over 4.500 contributions assigned, through calls and disbursement sessions, against 7.200 requests received. On Thursday, October 3, we opened the doors of the City of Talents to journalists and project partners to tell them about the future of this building that today appears as an open construction site but will soon become a place open to the community. The second and third floors will be the home of the City of Talents, a space where children and young people can explore their passions, experiment and imagine their future.

Our President Giandomenico Genta, the artist Valerio Berruti, Silvio Artusio Comba – Mayor of Monticello d'Alba and Filippo Margiaria, president of the Proloco of Monticello d'Alba, tell us about it: a short video to understand how art can really bring nature and community into dialogue.

A place of war that becomes a place of peace for future generations. A place that has been closed to the public for years, but that has a great story to tell and one yet to be written. In this video we want to tell you, from the voice of the protagonists, how the Acqua Viva project was born, winner of the Bando Interventi Faro, and what it wants to become for the Municipality of Caraglio and our province.

The research, curated by the Foundation's Study and Innovation Center and carried out in collaboration with the Dislivelli Association and DMO Piemonte, investigates the complex reality of the three regionally important natural parks located in the province of Cuneo - the Maritime Alps Protected Areas, the Monviso Protected Areas and the Gesso Stura River Park - providing an updated picture of their main physical, demographic and economic characteristics, with a specific focus on the tourism sector.

On July 19th we inaugurated in Cuneo at the Monumental Complex of San Francesco (Via Santa Maria 10) the exhibition “Michele Pellegrino. una parabola fotografico”, the second event of the 2018 artistic and cultural season promoted by the CRC Foundation. The exhibition, curated by Enzo Biffi Gentili, is an anthology dedicated to the photographer from Cuneo that retraces his 50-year career, through seventy-five photographs, divided into nineteen thematic sections.

With the beginning of school, activities and projects for teachers and students start again. On September 12th we presented our proposals for the 2018/2019 school year.

The Agri-food 4.0 program was presented at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo.

A new major exhibition created with GAM Torino and Fondazione Torino Musei! If you want to relive the creative energy of the 50s, through the works of artists such as Alberto Burri, Lucio Fontana, Carla Accardi, Giuseppe Capogrossi, the appointment is for Tuesday 23 October at 18 pm at the Museo Civico Cuneo with the inauguration of the exhibition “We continue the evolution of art. Informal art from the collection of GAM Torino”.

The protagonist of the exhibition will be the work “Spitz-Rund”, an oil on cardboard executed by Kandinsky in 1925, which became part of the GAMeC Collections in 1999 thanks to the donation of Gianfranco and Luigia Spajani. The work was the subject of an accurate diagnostic analysis conducted by the Conservation and Restoration Center “La Venaria Reale”, from which unpublished details emerged on its state of conservation and its history.
