Cuneo's 2026 Strategy for the Territorial Ecosystem | Pollenzo

As part of the implementation process of the Cuneo 2030 Strategic Plan the Province of Cuneo, the Chamber of Commerce of Cuneo and the CRC Foundation propose a moment of discussion to build a shared vision of the future for the provincial territory, on which we must work together to ensure its implementation. 
They are scheduled five meetings, hosted in the different communities of the province, with the aim of sharing common perspectives and strengthening the strategic planning system by signing the Collaboration Agreements. The 5 megatrend that are transforming our future at every level – Urbanization, Social Inequalities, Demographic Imbalances, Technological Innovation, Climate Change – will form the backdrop to each meeting. 

The appointments include:

• a brief presentation of the most recent developments in the strategic path and the context in which the province of Cuneo is positioned today;
• a participatory activity dedicated to listening to and involving stakeholders;
• the presentation of a Collaboration Agreement for the construction of a territorial innovation ecosystem.
  As a testament to the importance of the process and the value placed on local community involvement, the three presidents of the respective sponsoring bodies will be present to illustrate their strategic vision and support the launch of this new collaborative phase.

The meetings are aimed at institutional, economic, social, cultural, and educational stakeholders in the area, as well as anyone with a significant impact on the province and wishing to delve deeper into strategic planning.

The richness of these meetings stems from the perspectives, roles, and experiences each participant brings, contributing to the growth of the innovation ecosystem.
