Presentation of Q49: Well-being is productive. Emerging needs and territorial welfare.
The needs of workers have never been so complex: between material conditions, expectations, organizations, and welfare systems, work is changing and requires new responses.
The CRC Foundation invites you to the presentation of the Notebook 49, Well-being is productive. Emerging needs and territorial welfare., realized from the Studies and Research Office of the CRC Foundation in collaboration with Second Welfare Paths.
Starting from key survey findings, edited by the Second Welfare Paths research group, Chiara Agostini, Emanuele De Girolamo, and Valentino Santoni, will be followed by a discussion comparing particularly interesting local and Italian experiences:
- Wellgranda – Welfare Networks, the system action promoted by the CRC Foundation
- the innovative projects of Sky Italy, told by Alberto Plantamura, Wellbeing, Welfare & Benefit Senior Manager
- the shares of the benefit company Fedabo, based in Brescia, explored with Giovanna Montiglio, Business Development and External Relations Area
- the territorial welfare services promoted by the City of Milan, Together with Valentina Salis, Head of the Labour Market Unit.
The prospective conclusions will be entrusted to Franca Maino, professor at the University of Milan and Scientific Director of Percorsi di Secondo Welfare.
