The Operational Programme 2026, within the measures linked to the word Care, provides for the First edition of the Wellgranda Call – Measure 1, dedicated to support welfare initiatives capable of responding to both consolidated needs and new social complexities.

Il This call for proposals stems from the experience gained with the Wellgranda | Welfare Networks project, which in the three-year period 2023-2025 represented an open laboratory for experimentation, training, and support, aimed at rethinking welfare in a broader way and capable of responding to the social, economic, and cultural transformations affecting the province of Cuneo.This first edition aims to continue the path already undertaken, supporting interventions capable of consolidating and renewing welfare initiatives and broadening beneficiary involvement.

Target

The Wellgranda Call – Measure 1 promotes and supports initiatives aimed at building more equitable and cohesive communities through innovative and collaborative welfare models capable of responding to emerging needs, enhancing economic and social resources, and generating new opportunities for well-being and development.

Subject

Il Wellgranda Announcement – ​​Measure 1 The project aims to broaden the range of stakeholders currently involved in Wellgranda, promoting an approach that considers organizations both as users and potential providers and/or coordinators of welfare services. Therefore, it aims to promote interventions aimed both at the organizations themselves and at the community, thus contributing to the expansion and strengthening of services for the benefit of the population as a whole.

To implement this approach, the Wellgranda Call – Measure 1 is structured along the following lines:
• LINE A. Community welfare: The measure is aimed at developing initiatives geared toward a local welfare plan, understood as a coordinated planning of well-being and work-life balance measures for residents and workers in a given area. A key element is the proposals' ability to work towards stabilizing and integrating the existing service network, even before launching new interventions.
• LINE B. Territorial corporate welfare: The goal is to promote local involvement and network building, with the aim of expanding the pool of beneficiaries of corporate welfare benefits and building virtuous economic and social circles in the local communities.

Budget

La The budget for the Wellgranda Call – Measure 1 amounts to 1.000.000 euros.
The two lines of intervention are divided as follows:
LINE A. Applications can be submitted for up to a maximum of €50.000 in funding requested.
LINE B. It will be possible to submit applications for more than €80.000 and up to a maximum requested contribution of €150.000.

Eligible entities and reference territory

To strengthen the quality of the project, each application must include a mixed partnership composed of at least one local authority and one third sector body is mandatoryEach organization may submit only one proposal for each line as the lead partner. However, it is possible to participate as a partner in multiple initiatives across both lines.

Times and methods for submitting applications

The request for a contribution must be submitted exclusively in electronic format using the ROL procedure specifically activated on the CRC Foundation website no later than 23pm on 59/29/05The required documents to attach to the application are specified in the online form. Grant approval is expected in July 2026. Projects must start in October 2026 and will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
