In declining the word Care Instructions the CRC Foundation continues its commitment in promote local prevention and treatment pathways aimed at the over-65 population, with particular attention to people living with chronic neurodegenerative diseases related to dementia and movement disorders.
The call REGENERATION – the community that cares The aim of the call is to draw attention to the over-65 population, particularly to the issue of chronic conditions, with a focus on neurodegenerative diseases and their impact on the daily lives of citizens and their families. For this year, the call places particular emphasis on the role of culture as a lever for non-medicalized care and the promotion of socialization, including languages and practices such as architecture, painting, sculpture, music, theatre, guided tours, dance, cinema and literature.

Subject of the tender
The call supports ongoing cultural activities aimed at the over-65 population, with particular attention to people with neurodegenerative diseases.
In particular, the Foundation intends to:
- valorize culture as a tool for well-being psychophysical and cognitive stimulation;
- also open participation to cultural institutions not necessarily active in the health field;
- expand and diversify the territorial offering, favoring innovative and interdisciplinary projects.
The RIGENERAZIONE – la comunità che cura (Regeneration – the community that cares) call for proposals is committed to supporting initiatives aimed at building a network of social opportunities open to the public, promoting well-being through sociocultural activities. These initiatives may be suitable for a wider audience but must pay particular attention to the topic of neurodegenerative diseases.
In order to submit an application, it is strongly recommended that at least one representative from each applicant organisation participates in a Online information and training course lasting approximately 6 hours on the topic of dementia and movement disorders in relation to the cultural context, curated by industry professionals, created by the CRC Foundation.
La The overall budget for the REGENERATION – the community that cares call for proposals amounts to 500.000 euros.. The individual projects will be financed by the CRC Foundation for a maximum of 25.000 euros each. There is no mandatory co-financing, however the presence of own resources or third-party financing useful for the realization of the project will be considered as a reward criterion.
Times and methods for submitting applications
The request for a contribution must be submitted exclusively in electronic format using the ROL procedure specifically activated on the CRC Foundation website no later than 23pm on 59/24/07.
The required documents to attach to the application are specified in the online form. The printed and signed form must be uploaded in PDF format through the dedicated online procedure no later than the aforementioned deadline. Funding requests for projects not related to the topics of this call, submitted using methods other than those described, submitted after the indicated deadlines, or lacking the requirements set forth in the call will be considered ineligible.
Upon completion of the online form, a descriptive report of the intervention, including a description of the action and its objectives, must be uploaded in PDF format only (unless otherwise specified). It is recommended that the following be clearly stated:
- description of the proposed activities, their timeline, the identified locations, the expected number of beneficiaries, and their relevance to the target audience;
- description of the design choices, potential innovative aspects and/or experimental practices tested in other territorial contexts;
- detailed description of the partner organizations with an indication of specific roles and skills;
- identification of outcome indicators that will demonstrate the achievement of objectives in the comparison between pre- and post-intervention conditions.
Grant approval is expected in October 2026. The activity period must last at least one year. Funded projects must be completed no later than December 2027.
