The 2025-2028 Multi-Year Plan has identified some key words that form the framework for the initiatives developed annually: Beauty, Creativity, Care, Future and Participation. The Operational Program 2026, as part of the measures related to participation, includes the first edition of the "In giro, insieme" call for proposals. The aim is to facilitate and increase participation in social, educational, sporting, or cultural projects, improving travel safety and ensuring equal access to initiatives promoted in the area. To achieve this goal, the CRC Foundation supports the purchase and rental of vehicles intended for the transport and accompaniment of those who, for logistical, territorial, family or personal reasons, are unable to independently reach the places or facilities where the activities take place.

Subject of the tender
The "In giro, insieme" call for proposals aims to facilitate and increase safe participation in social, educational, sporting, and cultural/artistic projects. It supports the purchase or rental of vehicles to transport people who, for logistical, territorial, family, or other reasons, cannot reach the locations or facilities where activities are held. Vehicles can also be set up to allow traveling activities to reach people in the area.
The call for proposals includes two lines of financing:
LINE 1 – PURCHASE OF VEHICLES This line is dedicated to all organizations that need to purchase their own vehicle to carry out activities primarily in the province of Cuneo and includes three options.
LINE 2 – RENTAL This line is dedicated to all organizations that do not need to purchase their own vehicle, but can cover their mobility needs by renting, individually or in partnership with other organizations, a vehicle for sporting, educational, cultural, and social activities.
Eligible subjects
According to Chapter 5 "Eligibility of Entities" of the 2026 Operational Program, available on the CRC Foundation website, only public and private entities that, according to their Bylaws, comply with Title IV, Article 11 of the Regulations of Institutional Activities of the CRC Foundation, may submit their applications. The entity must have its registered office or operational headquarters in the province of Cuneo. Each entity may submit only one application.
The call is open to the entire province, and a prerequisite for eligibility is that project activities primarily involve the province of Cuneo. The Foundation will also take into account the territorial location of the applicants to ensure a balanced distribution of projects across the province.
Budget
The overall budget for the “In giro, insieme” call amounts to 950 thousand eurosThe winners of this tender will be awarded a contribution towards the purchase of the vehicles which may correspond to a maximum of 70% of the purchase cost (VAT included) of the chosen vehicle for a maximum amount equal to 35 thousand euros for each project and for each beneficiary organization. Those who purchase a vehicle intended for the transportation of disabled people or also prepared for the transportation of disabled people, considering the higher costs of equipping the vehicle, will be able to request a maximum amount equal to 50 thousand euros corresponding to a maximum of 70% of the purchase cost (VAT included).
For the rental line of intervention it will be possible to request a maximum amount of 15 thousand euros for a total period of three years (€5.000 for each year) corresponding to a maximum of 70% of the rental cost.
