ROL
From 2018 the new one is active ROL procedure for submitting requests and reporting contributions. The new platform was introduced to facilitate compilation by the entities/organizations that interface with the Foundation, to allow greater customization of the forms for requesting contributions and to ensure more effective management. To help users become familiar with the new system and guide them in using the IT platform, we have created two guides which describe in detail the main procedures to be carried out.
Il ROL It is used for:
- transmit requests for contributions to the Foundation
- consult, at a later time, the status of the requests sent to the Foundation
- keep the personal profile of the institution/organization updated, to which the Foundation refers for any communication
- report the contributions approved and request the disbursement of the available sums
La Submitting a grant request is achieved through several subsequent phases: accreditation, entering personal and administrative data, filling out the application form. For all the detailed information we invite you to download our “Compilation guide".
All the entities/organizations that have submitted a request to the CRC Foundation and have been awarded a contribution by the Foundation, in order to obtain the disbursement of the approved contribution, must proceed to administrative reporting and accounting of the initiative using exclusively the ROL online platform. For the financial economic reporting of the funded initiatives, the new reporting system on the ROL platform has been in use since 22 January 2018, which can be accessed using the credentials (username and password) chosen during the accreditation phase.
The new reporting procedure requires first of all the presentation of the updated table of expenses incurred for the implementation of the initiative (so-called "remodulation"), which must be approved by the Foundation; subsequently, it is possible to request the disbursement of the contribution (in one or more installments) by inserting in digital format the expenditure justifications and mandatory attachments.
