Supply transparency
The Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo Foundation, as a foundation of banking origin pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 153 of 17 May 1999, constitutes a private legal entity for all intents and purposes (as established by the Constitutional Court with the well-known rulings number 300 and 301 of September 2003) and is therefore not required to apply the provisions of the "Public Contracts Code" (Legislative Decrees no. 163 of 12 April 2006 and no. 50 of 19 April 2016), as expressly provided for by Article 10-ter of Legislative Decree no. 162 of 23 October 2008, converted into Law no. 201 of 22 December 2008.
The Foundation, in application of the provisions contained in the Memorandum of Understanding signed on 22 April 2015 between the Ministry of Economy and Finance and ACRI, as well as in compliance with the current "Procedure for the purchase of goods, the supply of services and the construction of works", publishes both on the website and in the financial statement the supplies exceeding Euro 50 thousand (including VAT and legal charges) for the construction of a work, the purchase of a good and/or the provision of services.
In particular, in accordance with the principles of transparency and accountability inherent in the sector discipline:
- the information relating to the above-mentioned supplies is made public after the relevant contracts have been awarded, with the exception of supplies which envisage an hourly cost for which the total expenditure is published with the approval of the Budget;
- for each supply awarded and exceeding the aforementioned amount, as per the current procedure, the object, the consideration, the successful tenderer, the award date and the reference Office are indicated.
The aforementioned information is therefore disseminated, with the data remaining for at least one year, as per the table below and periodically updated:
