The General Council of the CRC Foundation decided, in the meeting held on 21 April 2023, the compensation recognized to its Bodies.
As regards the Board of Directors, the annual compensation recognized to the President is 135 thousand euros, that of the two Vice Presidents 70 thousand euros and that of the Directors 55 thousand euros, no attendance fees or other benefits are provided.
The annual allowance recognized to the members of the General Council (allowance based on participation in each meeting of the Council and the Commissions) is 6.000 euros. The attendance fees for the meetings of the Body will be 1.000 euros and 250 euros for the meetings of the Commissions.
As regards the Board of Auditors, the annual compensation recognized to the President is 30 thousand euros, that of the two members is 20 thousand euros, there are no attendance fees provided for the meetings of the Body, nor for those of the Board of Directors and the General Council in which the Board participates.
The overall compensations are below the limits set by the ACRI-MEF Agreement of April 2015.
