Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed of the Presidentand at our two Vice Presidents and the four councilors.

The Board of Directors exercises all ordinary and extraordinary administrative powers (art. 17 of the Statute), except those expressly reserved to another body by law or by this Statute. In particular, the Board of Directors supervises the operational management of the Foundation within the framework of the guidelines defined by the General Council and, in this context, the definition of capital investments and allocations of grants from the available budget.
