Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed of the President , the two Vice Presidents and four Directors.

The Board of Directors exercises all ordinary and extraordinary administrative powers (Article 17 of the Bylaws), except those expressly reserved to another body by law or by these Bylaws. Specifically, the Board of Directors oversees the operational management of the Foundation within the framework of the guidelines established by the General Council and, within this context, defines capital investments and allocates grants from the available budget.
