Board of Statutory Auditors

The Board of Auditors is composed of the President and two Auditors appointed by the General Council registered in the Register of Auditors and in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.

The Board of Auditors is responsible for monitoring compliance with the provisions of the law and the bylaws, compliance with the principles of correct administration, verification of the adequacy of the organizational, administrative and accounting structure and monitoring the integrity of the assets, as well as accounting control activities.
